"I've had nothing but great service from the Tyler Watson agency, so today's exchange was a bit unexpected. I called on the 13th to renew my auto polies. I was told I was paid in full for six months on both policies. Several days later, I received an email that said I owe $43, due next month. When I called to find out what was going on, the lady I spoke to told me that an error was made, and I still owed $43. I attempted to get some answers about what transpired, but she didn't have any. She became frustrated and said, "I've already explained it several times. You still owe $43." I wasn't rude. I never raised my voice. She grew more agitated and ultimately decided to transfer me to someone else at the agency. The second agent I spoke to said "I'm showing a zero balance, so I don't understand what the problem is." I explained that the first agent I spoke to told me I still owed $43 on my six-month renewal. She had no explanation for the discrepancy. She said, "Well, I don't know what you want me to do. I don't know what I can say to make you happy." I never expressed any unhappiness. I just wanted to know what was going on. I want to make sure this doesn't happen again. I shouldn't have to worry about being overcharged or having my policy canceled over a debt that I don't actually owe. Both agents were pretty unpleasant. It felt like they were annoyed by my questions. I still don't understand what went wrong, or why I was given conflicting information. The whole interaction was disappointing. RE: Room for Improvement Thank you for your response. I still don't understand why I got conflicting information from two agents within the span of only a few minutes. Agent #1 was adamant that I still owed the $43. Agent #2 assured me that the policies for both vehicles were paid in full. Looking at my account dashboard didn't clear things up. The $43 bill is still showing, and the payment for the truck isn't showing at all. I'm going to call customer service tomorrow and escalate the matter. Hopefully they can help me get to the bottom of it."

"Upon realizing that I was going to relocate back to Wyoming, I reached out to the local State Farm office to get an idea what my vehicle and homeowners insurance would be. The Tyler Watson office was prompt in getting me my quotes. In addition, my parents would be relocating with me as well, and they were prompt in their response with those quotes as well. As it goes with buying houses, we needed a few different homeowners insurance quotes on houses, which Isela was quick to get right back to me. I was impressed with the quick turn-around with my requests, and answering my questions regarding the different options that come with Homeowners insurance policies. Customer service was top notch."

"Decent prices but expect to much out of homeowners even when you meet the first set of demands they want more . Is almost like they don’t want the business when you call to cancel they are fine with it . Save your time and money ."

"Don’t use State Farm, they are a rip off!! They quoted us one price on a car but after we bought that very car they doubled the price they quoted. After two years we had a claim on the car and State Farm is refusing to cover the shop costs which are the lowest in the area. It has been a fight every step of the way!!"
